Since Verint have embarked on a series of roundtable events it has been interesting to see how attending these as a face-to-face session has evolved.

We began these roundtables under the cloud of covid. We were compelled to hold them on Zoom. They worked and worked well.

As we approach the latest roundtable, we believe that this forum is best served as a face-to-face event. Maybe the pendulum will never swing fully back to total, and always face to face, but for social and genuine sharing of thoughts in a discussive manner we believe this roundtable is most valuable attended in person.
